Definitely go during the week, I suggest anytime from tues-thurs. People mainly go on the weekend so get there before people take all the cool stuff. I also suggest you go either during the mornings or early noon. Once it starts getting later more people go out. Also go when you actually have time too look around, you dont want to be rushed because then you might miss some hidden treasures and definitely keep your mind open. Something might look odd on a hanger but look super cool and unique on you!
